Since you're helping with personal things, what should I know about your approach to confidentiality and making me feel comfortable?

I regard your personal life with the utmost confidentiality. Anything we discuss or do is never spoken about to others or advertised anywhere without your consent. Your trust is very important to me. However, if you would like to let others know about our interaction, it would make me so happy to know you enjoyed my time helping you so much that you would consider telling others.

What happens after I reach out? Can you describe the steps from contact to task completion?

If you are still uncertain and wish to have a phone consultation prior to scheduling, I would be happy to set up a phone call to answer any questions. Simply send me a text or email with your contact information, best time to reach you, and the nature of the work. At that time, we can discuss any extra needs like supplies or special requirements pertaining to the job or person. If you then feel comfortable, we can book the appointment for our visit and finalize payment.

If you would like to go ahead and schedule a job, please text, call, or email, and provide:

  • Date and a 2-hour time window (or longer time if it’s needed) to see if your desired time slot is available. (We will reply to confirm availability).  I can take spur of the moment (if available) and long term bookings as you need.
  • Your full name, phone number, and the address in Orangeville where you wish to have the service done.
  • Type of service you require 

After you receive a confirmation that your time slot is available,  full payment must be made within 24 hours to secure the spot via bank transfer.
